Kepada pemilik Kad Mesra Petronas, ini adalah peluang keemasan yang diberikan oleh Petronas untuk anda sertai. Hanya dengan mengisi minyak sebanyak RM 20 di mana-mana stesen Petronas, anda secara automatik layak untuk menyertai peraduan ini.

Untuk makluman anda juga, peraduan ini adalah rentetan-rentetan kejayaan penganjuran peraduan-peraduan sebelum ini seperti Peraduan Saya Anak Merdeka Petronas pada tahun ini dan Peraduan Petronas Car Craze pada tahun lepas.

PETRONAS SUPERCAR CRAZE CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility

1. The PETRONAS Super Car Craze Contest (“Contest”) is open to all valid credit card cardholders, ATM Bankcard cardholders from Affin Bank, Alliance Bank, AM Bank, Bank Islam, CIMB Bank, EON Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank, Public Bank and RHB Bank, SmartPay cardholders and Kad Mesra cardholders who are Malaysian citizens aged eighteen (18) and above (“Cardholders”).
2. All Cardholders and Kad Mesra cardholders must have valid accounts and in good standing as determined by PETRONAS at its sole discretion to be eligible for the Contest and prizes.
3. The following persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest:
   1. Employees of the PETRONAS group of companies and their immediate family members;
   2. Employees of Electronic Commerce Technology Sdn Bhd and their immediate family members, their advertising and promotional agencies; and.
   3. PETRONAS stations dealers as well as their immediate family member.

Contest Period

4. The Contest Period shall run from 1 December 2007 until 31 March 2008 inclusive (“Contest Period”).

The Contest

5. Cardholders who spend a minimum of RM20.00 in one (1) transaction at any PETRONAS service stations during the Contest Period are automatically eligible for one (1) entry. (Any additional RM20.00 spent in a single receipt shall be treated as another entry. For example, a transaction of RM40.00 will entitle the Cardholders to two (2) entries).
6. All entries received in a particular month will be eligible to win the prizes offered for that particular month. Entries will not be carried forward to the next or following month.
7. All winners of the Contest will be selected via a pre determined electronic selection system (subject to terms & conditions as determined by PETRONAS).
8. During each month of the Contest Period, one thousand (1000) winners will be selected to win the Consolation Prizes and one (1) winner will be selected to win the Grand Prize, as more particularly mentioned in Item 9 below. In addition, for the months of February 2008 and March 2008, an additional one (1) winner selected to win the Grand Prize will be a Kad Mesra Cardholder.
9. The prizes (“Prizes”) for the Contest are as follows: -

December 2007	Grand Prize of the Month One (1) Unit of Subaru Impreza for one (1) winner One thousand (1000) units of Consolation Prizes 1st - 500th Prize: RM400 of cash ( Five hundred (500) winners) 501th -1000th Prize: RM100 of cash ( Five hundred (500) winners)
January 2008	Grand Prize of the Month One (1) Unit of Honda Civic Type R for (one (1) winner) One thousand (1000) units of Consolation Prizes 1st - 500th Prize: RM400 of cash ( Five hundred (500) winners) 501th -1000th Prize: RM100 of cash ( Five hundred (500) winners)
February 2008	Grand Prize of the Month One (1) Unit of Mitsubishi Evo 9 for (one (1) winner) One (1) Unit of Mini Cooper S for (one (1) Kad Mesra winner) One thousand (1000) units of Consolation Prizes 1st - 500th Prize: RM400 of cash ( Five hundred (500) winners) 501th -1000th Prize: RM100 of cash ( Five hundred (500) winners)
March 2008	Grand Prize of the Month One (1) Unit of BMW 320i (E90) AC Schnitzer for (one (1) winner) One (1) Unit of Audi TT Coupe Quattro for (one (1) Kad Mesra winner) One thousand (1000) units of Consolation Prizes 1st - 500th Prize: RM400 of cash ( Five hundred (500) winners) 501th -1000th Prize: RM100 of cash ( Five hundred (500) winners)

10. The names of all Prize-winners will be notified through publication in major local newspapers, on the www.mymesra.com.my and www.realrewards.com.my websites.
11. The Grand Prize winners shall be bound by further terms and conditions as determined by PETRONAS at its sole discretion.
12. All Prizes must be claimed within six (6) months from the date of publication of the winners’ names mentioned in Item 10 above. All Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other items or packages.
13. PETRONAS reserves the right at anytime at its absolute discretion without prior notice, to substitute any of the Prizes with other items of similar or higher value.
14. Prizes are non-transferable and each Prize winner is entitled to only one (1) Prize per month.
15. PETRONAS reserves the right to choose the specifications of the Prizes and PETRONAS decision on this matter is final.
16. All Prizes given are on an “As Is Where Is” basis and title in the Prizes and any risk of loss or damage to the Prizes passes to the Prize winners upon physical delivery of the Prizes to the Prize winners. PETRONAS shall not be liable or obliged to recognize or replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen Prizes or for any matter regarding maintenance, warranty or any additional costs and/ or fees for all Prizes given away.

Miscellaneous

17. By entering or participating in the Contest, each and every Cardholder hereby fully and unconditionally agrees and accept all terms and conditions here in contained and agrees that the decisions of PETRONAS regarding the Contest and all matters relating to or in connection thereto are final and binding and no queries, appeals or correspondences will be entertained.
18. Non-compliance by the Cardholders, contestants and/or winners with any of the terms and conditions herein shall entitle PETRONAS to disqualify any entry and/or revoke any prize awarded.
19. PETRONAS reserves the right to shorten, extend or end the Contest Period at anytime prior to the expiry of the Contest Period without prior notice and reserves the right to vary, to modify, delete or change any of the terms and conditions here in at anytime at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
20. PETRONAS reserves the right to use the names, addresses, photographs, information and documents of the Cardholders, contestants and/or winners in advertisements, other form of publicity or future marketing purposes from time to time and participation of the Cardholders contestants and/or winners in the Contest constitutes their consent to such use, without further payment or consideration or notice.
21. PETRONAS shall not be held responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or personal injury or loss of life by the Cardholders, contestants, winners and/or any party resulting from or arising out of or in connection with this Contest or the prizes given under this Contest.
22. These terms and conditions prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any brochure or other promotional materials advertised under this Contest.
23. In the event of any inconsistency between the English Language and the Bahasa Malaysia versions, the terms and conditions in the English version shall prevail.
